ST3’s team’s experience in scaling-up bioreactor designs is critical for project success. We understand scaling up a design is not as simple as adding more chambers and lines of tubing.  We make sure that control parameters are reproducible among samples and monitor tissue response to quantify inter- and intrabatch variability. To keep system and process costs in check, we work closely with our clients to avoid overdesigning so we can focus on controlling and measuring only critical parameters for your tissue-engineered medical product.  We offer cost-effective monitoring systems that can be rotated from sample to sample manually or on a programmable duty cycle to minimize transducer costs while providing you data for quality control and release criteria.
